Primark Haul

 

 

 

I went a little crazy in Primark last week! I usually take a shortcut through but always end up buying things! I bought quite a lot of necklaces, some rings, nails, some nail polish, some reduced discopants and 3 basic jumpers costing £3 each!

BLOGGER BITS

 

Wholesale 7

 

 

From Wholesale 7 I got a basic mesh sleeved black crop top and these awesome boots!

I love the laces on the front and the side zip detail - I think it makes them a  little more interesting to look at. They are really comfortable and hopefully the soles will actually grip in the snow as I'm sure we'll get some soon

:)

 

There are quite a lot of these chunky boots about at the moment with large sole grips on, my favourite pair I've seen are Jeffrey Campbell's version - their Mulder boots!

 

 

 

Quite a lot of other places do them too such as Topshop, Asos etc and I think Marc Jacobs do a pair? Or is it Alexander Wang? Ahh I can't remember, if you know please leave a comment because it's driving me mad! Haha

 

Front Row Shop

 

 

 

First up from Front Row Shop is this beautiful black and white dress!

It's fully lined and it really comfortable, the material is so soft! I never could really wear white before as my blond hair didn't look very good against it, but now my hair is pink I can

Second up are these suede studded headbands, one in black and one in white!

 

Choies

 

 

Choies do some amazing dresses!

NEW PINK HAIR

 

I've been wanting to dye my hair pink for ages but when it came to it, I would always get scared and leave it haha

I manned up yesterday and just did it and I'm so happy I did because I love it :D

 

Here's what I used...

 

I've seen a lot of people on Instagram talking about these Bleach London products so I though I'd give them a go. My sister ended up using the Total Bleach to dip dye her hair so I just used the White Toner and the pink dye.

 

My hair was dark ash blonde before but it was starting to go quite yellow so I used the toner to get rid of it and make it whiter. The toner is great and works really well, I loved the colour it made my hair! When all the my pink has gone I'm going to dye my hair back to ash blonde, use this toner again and also use their silver shampoo and conditioner to keep the yellow at bay!

 

I would love to stay pink forever but considering I'm studying law, I can't apply for jobs with pink hair. It's considered unprofessional if you wear a navy blue suit instead of black haha so unless I buy a brown wig, it can't stay pink for too long

:(

 

 

Anyway...

 

I mixed the pink dye with conditioner to make it go further and despite the recommended time to leave it on being 20 minutes, I left it on for 1 hour 15 minutes haha

 

 

 

It worked on my extensions but my hair was still blonde and it didn't really take the colour, so I had to do it again on my hair. I again mixed it with conditioner and left it on for an hour...

 

This time it worked and my hair went the same colour as my extensions, result!

Hair products...

 

I usually use my GHD's to curl my hair but the other day I purchased this 'Babyliss Loose Waves Hair Tong' so I decided to use that! It was only £20 from Wilko's and it gets really hot - so hot that it burnt my bed through my heat protection mat :/ It has different settings so you can control the temperature though

:)

 

 

These are my 3 essential hair products!

 

Extra hold Tresemme hairspray is the best hairspray around, it holds great and I love the smell! Dry shampoo is a life saver, if you haven't got time to wash your hair this is great! It refreshes your hair, smells great and gives your hair volume all at the same time! This one is a special XXL volume one so it should hopefully make your hair even bigger!

Last up is Schwarzkopf Got 2be Powderfull hair volumizing styling powder. My boyfriend introduced me to this believe it or not, and it's awesome! If you put it on before you backcomb your hair, it sticks your hair together and holds it if that makes sense? Warning - you can't get a comb through your hair after this, but it's great for giving your hair volume that lasts!

PURPLE SUEDE HIGH TOP VANS

 

What do you guys think of Vans?

 I've never liked them as I think the front looks really wide and ugly, but I love these suede high top versions! They look more feminine, especially in this beautiful purple colour!

 

I didn't like the laces they came with so I added these thicker dark purple ones and I might also but a white pair and alternate them from time to time :)

 

I got these off my boyfriends mum so I don't have a link for them, I'm sure most shoe shops will sell them though!

Here's a look from the other day!

I really wanted to wear my new shorts from Jollychic so I put them on with my green Primark coat and my crop top from Draggonberry as it wasn't that cold outside so I could

:)

My MK bag hasn't been out for a while and it's had some stuff piled on top of it so It's little crumpled, I should probably stuff it with newspaper or something? lol

 

 

 

 

Okay now for my shoes!

The shoes themselves are from OASAP, they're so unbelievably comfy and they're fur lined too so they keep your feet really warm! The gold shoes wings , or Swings as they're called, are my favourite pair! You can check them out (here) where they have loads of other different colours and designs, including lightening bolts, butterflies and moustaches! They have pairs for both laced and Velcro fastening shoes so you're bound to find a the perfect pair for you!
